Benching:  This is a "Bring Your Own Cage Show"   We will not have any wire cages available.  Walmart carries pop up tents if you need one: Open-Kennel-Medium-CatsDogs-Small-animals/5192525   The two sides, back, and top of the cage must be covered. 

The entry clerk will attempt to honor any benching requests.

Show Hours: Check-in on Saturday will be from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM.  Judging will begin at 9:00 AM.  Check-in on Sunday will be from 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM.  Judging will begin

at 9:00 AM.  Advertised show hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday  No one may leave the show hall during advertised show

hours without the permission of the Show Manager.

Supplies: Cat litter will be available, but  please bring your own litter pans and food and water dishes.

Clerks and Stewards:  Please indicate on your TOES Entry if you will be available to clerk.  Ring clerks will paid $35 per day, provided lunch and a fully marked catalog. Ring clerks will be assigned when entries have closed.  DO NOT DEDUCT CLERKING FEES FROM ENTRY FEES.  Compensation will be made at the end of the show.  Stewards will be paid $15 per day and provided lunch.  Any clerk  who does not have a steward will also receive the steward's pay.

Awards:  Rosettes/Plaques will be awarded in accordance with TICA show rules.

Household Pets: Household pets are very welcome at this show!  Declawed Household pets are OK at TICA shows, as the number of HHPs that are rescue cats may  have already been declawed at the time of rescue.  Household pets eight (8) months of age or older MUST be spayed or neutered.

Preliminary New  Breeds , Advanced New Breed and New Traits:   per TICA Show Rule 203.19, ALL preliminary New Breeds (PNB), Advanced New Breeds (ANB), and New Traits (NT) must have a TICA registration number prior to entry in any TICA show. No PND, ANB or NT may enter a show with a "registration pending.

Airports: For those wishing to fly in, the following are airport options:

Dallas (DFW/DAL) - 2 1/2 hour drive to Temple

Austin (AUS) - 1 1/2 hour drive to Temple

Waco Regional Airport (ACT) - 45 minute drive to Temple

Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport (GRK) - 35 minute drive to Temple

Health: This is a non-vetted show.  Any cat showing signs of illness, parasites or fungus will be escorted from the show hall, along with any cats owned, housed or agented by the same

exhibitor.  All entries should be vaccinated against feline viral rhinotracheitis, calici and distemper (panleukopenia) at least two weeks prior to the show, and should test negative for feline leukemia and FIV.  Any feline from a house or cattery where there has been fungus or any infectious or contagious illness within twenty-one days prior to the opening day of

the show is ineligible for entry.  An obviously pregnant or lactating cat will be disqualified.  Be prepared to show proof of rabies vaccination.  It is state law. 

TICA show rules require that all claws, front and back, be clipped prior to judging.

Ring Sponsorships:  Ring sponsorships will be available for $30.00.  We will accept multiple sponsorships per ring. Each sponsorship will receive mention in the judge's ring and the Show Catalog.  Please contact the entry clerk to sponsor a ring.

Kittens:  All kittens entered for competition must be between four (4) and eight (8) months old on the day of the show.  No kitten under three (3) months of age will be allowed in the

show hall (be prepared to show proof of age).

Show Rules: TICA show rules will be strictly enforced.  Any person entering a cat or kitten in a TICA sponsored show shall agree  to abide and uphold the Rules of this association and the

For Sale: Only exhibitors who have cats competing in this show will be allowed to have Exhibition/Sale cages.   No kittens/cats may be confined to carriers, either displayed or under
